BOOKING FOR ALL FESTIVAL FILMS & EVENTS @ THE NERVE CENTRE/THE OMNIPLEX/THE ORCHARD CINEMA
Bookings for ALL films and events must be made at The Nerve Centre, Monday - Friday, 9.30pm - 5.30pm from Wednesday 21 October 2009. Tel:028 71267432/71373456/71260562

Please note that festival staff are only available at the Omniplex Derry, the Orchard Cinema, the Nerve Centre, half an hour before each screening during the festival dates Friday 20-Saturday 28 November 2009.

THE NERVE CENTRE All screenings £3

FESTIVAL PASS £50: A Festival pass will give access to all screenings and workshops at Omniplex Derry and the Nerve Centre (excluding Educational screenings & workshops). However, Festival Pass holders MUST book for ALL screenings and events IN ADVANCE. A Festival Pass will not permit the holder access to any screening or workshop without a prior booking. This is to ensure that screenings and workshops are not overbooked.

FILM MARKET, WORKSHOPS, AND GUEST EVENTS
All market, guest events, and presentations cost £5, but please book early as places are limited.

REFUND POLICY
We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please check that you receive the correct tickets at the time of purchase.

DISABLED ACCESS
Box office and festival staff are able to provide information and assistance on access to the festival venues.

STARTING TIMES
Films will start on time but delays can be possible.

PARKING AND COLLECTING FACILITIES
Parking facilities are available in the multi-storey car parks at Quayside and Foyleside.

FESTIVAL CLUB
The Nerve Centre Bar and Venue will be open for events during the festival dates. See programme for events guide.
