The following film packages can be booked by teachers to screen in their school. No need to book buses as the festival will come to your classroom. Teachers should choose a film, a date, and a time, during the week Monday 13 - Friday 17 November. As this outreach strand of the festival has become increasingly popular over the last few years, teachers are advised to book early in order to avoid disappointment. Outreach screenings cost £2 per pupil. Teachers free.

Digital Literacy in the Classroom
The Paul Hamlyn Foundation has funded a three year programme with six local post primary schools – St. Columb's College, St. Cecilia's College, St. Peter's High, St. Brigid's College, Oakgrove Integrated College and St. Patrick's and St. Brigid's College. Oakgrove Integrated College will this year host the first screening and Q&A to celebrate this partnership. The theme which they have chosen is ID (Integrating Diversity). This represents the coming together of different people, the importance of integrating and of living without barriers.
The Seagate Foyle Film Festival is pleased this year to facilitate one of the strands of this inspiring project - providing access to film screenings, industry professionals and international talent.
