The Heart Of Me is a passionate love story about a doomed affair between a man and his wifes sister. Based on the novel &The Echoing Grove by Rosamond Lehmann, the film follows two sisters in the aftermath of their father’s death.
When Madeleine’s husband falls in love with her sister, Dinah, the two become trapped in a spiral of deception. This moving film explores the effects of a forbidden passion and examines the heart’s capacity for forgiveness.
