Please contact the festival office for a booking form. Please note that these will be dealt with strictly in the order which they are received.

TELEPHONE RESERVATIONS
Please not that tickets can only be reserved on the condition that they are paid for within one week. Otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled automatically.

BOOKING IN PERSON
Foyle Film Festival Office is open at The Nerve Centre from 9.00am-5.30pm for those wishing to book tickets in person.

STANDBY SEATS
Sometimes tickets are available on the day/night of the screenings. These can be purchased at the cinema from the Foyle Film Festival Staff.

REFUND POLICY
We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please check that you have received the correct tickets as soon as you receive them.

DISABLED ACCESS
Box Office staff are happy to provide information on access to the various venues.

STARTING TIMES
Films will start on time as the cinemas have very tight schedules and we cannot delay the film. Festival Staff will be present at the various venues half an hour before the starting time.

PARKING AND COLLECTING FACILITIES
There is a dropping off and collecting area outside The Strand Multiplex. Parking facilities are available in the multistory car parks at Quayside and Foyleside.

FESTIVAL CLUB
The Nerve Centre Bar and Venue & The Trinity Hotel. There will be post screen entertainment each night.
